Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro can now boost touch sensitivity automatically when you put a screen protector on it. We use screen protector mode on Google Pixel for better touch sensitivity. A new feature added to Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro where automatic screen protector mode will be turned on.

Automatic Screen Protector Mode

When you put a screen  protector on a Google Pixel 8 or 8 pro screen protector mode will be turned on automatically.

A notification appears on top of the screen which also allows you to disable the screen protector mode right there.

This feature helps us a lot because a lot of users aren’t aware of screen protector mode(hidden in display settings).
