Android 14 QPR2 Beta rolled out today.I got my update on my Pixel 6a and Pixel 7a. There are some major bug fixes and performance improvements, Some new features added in this update.
3 New features in Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3
These are the 3 new features in Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3
- Popup dialogue for Bluetooth in Quick Settings
- Under accessibility new feature-”Make all apps dark” which applies to apps that don’t have dark theme.
- New styles in weather and clock styles even for DND.
Convert to eSIM feature
I’ve spotted another feature under the SIM i.e Convert to eSIM but it’s no longer opening.
Maybe it allows us to convert our Physical SIM to eSIM directly.Google may add support in future updates.
Bug fixes in Android 14 QPR2 Beta 3

- Fixed an issue that sometimes caused multi-finger gestures to stop working.
- Fixed an issue where the device’s screen didn’t initially turn on when the screen was double-tapped or the power button was pressed.

- Fixed a system issue that sometimes caused poor audio quality or higher power consumption when making calls.
